TrueCore Federal Credit Union is a strong, secure financial institution, serving our community since 1940. We provide a full range of banking services for over 16,000 members. Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in Licking, Fairfield, Knox, Muskingum, or Perry County.
We are now hiring for the following positions:
TrueCore Federal Credit Union is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and outgoing Marketing Associate to join our team in Newark, OH (30 miles east of Columbus). If you're passionate about marketing, community engagement, and thrive on connecting with people, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting all marketing campaigns and promotions, providing vital administrative assistance to the marketing team. A key part of your role will be representing TrueCore at various events, effectively promoting our Credit Union to members and potential members and fostering strong relationships with community partners. Experience with digital and social media marketing is a must!
What we're looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- A minimum of five years of marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive experience with digital and social media marketing
- A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design software
- Interest in working with youth and seniors
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events

Teller, Part-Time
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, outgoing, sales-oriented team player. Hours and location may vary based on staffing needs. The successful candidate will possess strong sales skills, verbal and written communication skills, basic math ability, and attention to detail and accuracy. Previous Teller, cash-handling, or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
