Heath Branch Drive-Thru Transition

Starting in November, our Heath Branch drive-thru will transition to exclusively using Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). TrueCore team members will be available outside to provide initial assistance and guidance during this transition.
We understand you might have questions about this change, so we want to explain what ITMs are and how they benefit you. Our ITMs are more than just ATMs. They offer expanded functionality, allowing you to:
- Deposit cash and checks
- Transfer funds
- Interact with a live teller via video during business hours, all from the comfort of your vehicle
- And much more
We believe this transition will save you valuable time and offer greater flexibility in managing your finances.
